Filigran Duo
Theodore Kim and Seulbi Cho are two students from the Conservatorium of Maastricht who formed a violin and piano duo in May 2024. The duo takes its name from the German word 'Filigran', which means very delicate. A term that reflects their musical pursuit.

Violinist
Theodore Kim is a dedicated 4th-year Bachelor of Music student at the Conservatorium Maastricht, where he studies under the guidance of Professor Piotr Jasiurkowski.
With an innate musical sensitivity but virtuosic personality, Belgian violinist Theodore is a passionate violinist who has won many awards in international competitions as a soloist. Not only a great soloist, he also excels in playing with others such as chamber music or orchestra.
Seulbi Cho
Pianist
Seulbi Cho is a pianist from the Republic of Korea. She completed her bachelor's degree in 2024 in Conservatorium Maastricht and is currently studying in piano accompaniment under the guidance of Thomas Hoppe at the Folkwang Universität der Künste in Essen, Germany.
Seulbi has a strong passion for chamber music and has gained diverse experience and repertoire through working with different instrumentalists as a collaborative pianist at the Conservatorium. Her collaborations span a wide range of instruments, including strings, winds, and vocal music.
